Discovery & scope
Week 1A 45-minute call, then a written scope: screens, features, integrations, what is v1 and what is later. You get a fixed quote and a timeline, not an hourly guess.

UI/UX design
Weeks 1-2Wireframes, then high-fidelity Figma screens for iOS and Android and a clickable prototype you can test on your phone before any code is written.

Build - app + backend
Weeks 3-8React Native (Expo) for one codebase on both platforms. Node.js/Fastify APIs, MongoDB, auth, payments (Stripe, Razorpay), push notifications, and AI features with Claude, Gemini or GPT. Weekly demo builds on your device via TestFlight and internal testing.

Publish to both stores
Weeks 8-9I set up or use your Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, write the listings, produce screenshots, handle privacy labels, data-safety forms and review rejections, and ship the release.

Launch support & updates
OngoingCrash monitoring, OS-update fixes and over-the-air releases through my own CI/CD platform, VenelX. Monthly retainer or pay-per-release - your choice.

Questions clients ask
How much does an app cost?
Most end-to-end projects (design + iOS + Android + backend + publishing) land between USD 6,000 and 25,000 depending on screens and integrations. You get a fixed quote after the scoping call; a simple single-purpose app sits at the low end, a marketplace or AI-heavy product at the high end.
How long until my app is live on the stores?
Typically 6-10 weeks from kickoff to both store listings being public. Apple review usually takes 1-3 days and Google Play 1-7 days; I build that time into the plan.
Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?
Yes, and I strongly recommend it so the apps are published under your name and you own the listings. I walk you through creating them (USD 99/year for Apple, USD 25 one-time for Google) and handle everything inside them.
Why React Native instead of separate native apps?
One codebase for iOS and Android means roughly half the build and maintenance cost, with native performance for the vast majority of business apps. Where a native module is needed - Bluetooth, background location, audio engines - I write it; Traxl and Resona both ship custom native code.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code lives in your GitHub organisation from day one, and I hand over documentation so any developer can continue the work.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes - most of my client work is remote for the US, UK and Australia. I overlap with US mornings / UK and AU afternoons and communicate asynchronously in writing with weekly demo videos.
Can you take over or fix an existing app?
Yes. I regularly take over React Native or Expo apps that are stuck in review, crashing, or need an OS upgrade, and I can publish the next release within days.
